Randy Fale joined the city board on January 1, 2013. A long-time Hot Springs resident, he was president and chief executive officer of St. Joseph’s Mercy Health System for 18 years until his retirement in 2008. Before moving to Hot Springs, he was president and chief executive officer of Jane Phillips Episcopal Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Since his retirement he has served as consultant to organizations for strategic planning, financial turnaround, and culture change. Fale brings extensive business experience to the city board for oversight of planning, budgeting, staffing, and direction setting. He has been an active member in many civic and business organizations including Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, Garland County Industrial Development Authority, and board membership on the Arkansas Hospital Association, Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, and appointment to the Governor’s Advisory Board on Trauma Care.
Today he serves as a trustee for the Mid-America Science Museum and Director of First National Bank of Hot Springs.
