How do I adopt an animal?
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license. Our adoption fee is $55 for puppies /dogs and $35 for kittens /cats. The adoption fee covers the spay and neuter of the pet if you utilize the Animal Services in-house “Big Fix” spay and neuter clinic. We also microchip all animals that are being adopted from our facility.

If you choose to have your new pet spayed/neutered at another location, that expense is not covered through the adoption process. All dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered before they can go into the custody of their new owner.

The Hot Springs Animal Shelter reserves the right to refuse any adoption.
