The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a program of the Arkansas Community Foundation (ARCF) that encourages teens throughout the state of Arkansas to be active in their communities through grantmaking and endowment building.

The Garland County Library Children's Department is committed to providing our children with a safe and friendly learning environment. We have a variety of activities for all ages... from babies and tots to teens. Come in to visit with Miss Tiffany or Miss Kasey and take home a good book, music cd, or movie.
