The City Manager is responsible for the management of all the City's departments and funds, and the hiring and supervision of all City employees. He implements policy decisions of the Board of Directors. The Deputy City Manager serves as Acting City Manager in the City Manager's absence and assists the City Manager with internal operational issues.
