Public Works
The Public Works Department oversees the Animal Services, Parks and Recreation, Utilities Departments, as well as the Public Works Operations Department, which oversees the Engineering, Street, Traffic Services and Property Maintenance Divisions. The City Engineer administers ordinances relating to land development and addresses land alterations, streets, and drainage for subdivisions and commercial developments.
