The Patrol Division includes traffic enforcement and motorcycle and bike units. The division works three eight-hour shifts, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Officers patrol within the city limits of Hot Springs. The traffic enforcement division deals with car crashes, funeral escorts, DWI enforcement as well as the ticket or click-it program. Bicycle officers patrol the Downtown, Whittington and Park Avenue areas of the city during the summer months. |
