The Services Division includes Research & Planning, the Public Information Office, Records, Training, Evidence, and 911 Dispatchers. Research and Planning is responsible for grant writing and purchasing for the department. The Public Information office disperses information to various news media throughout the state of Arkansas. The training office maintains training records and is responsible for firearm training. Evidence and records keep records and evidence collected by officers. 911 dispatchers are responsible for dispersing important information to officers in the field, as well as dispatching the Hot Springs Fire Department.
