On behalf of the 135-member Hot Springs Police Department, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our Web page. As your Police Chief, I am proud to stand alongside the dedicated and professional men and women of our department. Their commitment and dedication to protecting and serving the citizens of Hot Springs and its visitors are truly remarkable. Our department is a full service agency which provides services in a variety of divisions: Patrol, Criminal Investigations, Narcotics, K9, SWAT, Professional Standards, Community Services and 911 Communications. Hot Springs enjoys a great partnership with all facets of our community, including our citizens, school districts, businesses and visitors. Additionally, we are proud of the strong support that we receive from our Mayor and City Board of Directors, as well as our fellow city employees. We are a team‐oriented department that values a community‐oriented and problem‐oriented policing philosophy. We believe in forming strong partnerships with the community in order to solve crime. These values, philosophies and partnerships are manifested by programs such as National Night Out, Neighborhood Watch, Citizens’ Police Academy and Nuisance Abatement Program.
