The City of Hot Springs will accept bids until 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 18 for the rehabilitation, including lead paint abatement, of the following single-family residential properties: 119 Florence Street; 220 Jefferson Street; 120 Poplar Street; and 318 Garden Street. Only certified lead paint abatement contractors who have completed acceptable “Lead Safe Work Practices” instruction will be considered.
Specifications of work are available at the Community Development Office, 100 Broadway Terrace, Suite #4, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
