The Hot Springs Board of Directors encourages local citizens to address the board on items of concern at the board’s regular meetings. These meetings are usually held at 7 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month in the Board Chambers at the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard.
Citizens have two options available to address the board. First, citizens are welcome to speak for a maximum of three minutes on any agenda items. Interested citizens can note the agenda item they would like to address on the sign-up sheet which is available on the podium at the entrance to the Board Chambers. The sign-up sheet is available prior to each Board meeting.
Second, citizens have the opportunity to offer comment on an issue that is not on the Board agenda by completing a City Board Agenda Request Form and returning it to the City Clerk’s office in the Municipal Building by noon on the Monday that occurs one week prior to the Board meeting. This form is available from the City Clerk, or in electronic form in the city’s online Document Center at www.cityhs.net.
