The Hot Springs Police Department will begin parking meter enforcement in the Exchange Street Parking Plaza on Monday, October 15. The Hot Springs Board of Directors recently approved the installation of meters, which are now functional on the bottom two floors of the parking facility. Nonpayment of meter fees is considered a violation. A six-month parking permit can be purchased from the Revenue Office at the Hot Springs Financial Services Building, 349 Malvern Avenue.
