The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2007 in the Board Chambers, located at 133 Convention Blvd. to consider the following variance and waiver requests:
· Fun Trackers, 2614 Albert Pike - Applicant proposes to construct an addition in the rear of building in C-4 zone, and is seeking a variance from the 25 foot rear yard setback. Proposed setback would be 10 feet from property line.
· 116 Carlton - Request for variance on maximum driveway width.
