First-time homebuyers can receive professional advice on finding the right lender, receiving down payment assistance and more at two homebuyers’ education classes to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 20 and 27, 100 Highrise Circle. The registration fee for both sessions is $10. All persons who attend are asked to park on the Hot Springs Housing Authority lot. Call 609-9411 to register.
