The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Hot Springs Municipal Building Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2007 to consider the following land use requests:
· Preliminary Subdivision: Crooked Creek Estates - 5 lot subdivision on Marion Anderson Road.
· Re-Zoning: ADTS Zone Change - Alcohol and Drug Testing Services request to change zoning at 2714 Malvern Avenue.
· Preliminary Subdivision: Red Pine Subdivision off of Red Oak Drive.
· Conditional Use: Guardian Angel Cat Rescue - Request to operate a cat rescue and shelter in a C-3 zone in the Malvern Overlay District.
· Appeal Administrative Decision: Southcenter Shopping Center Gander - Request outdoor display for Gander Mountain, 4411 Central Avenue, Suite B.
· Site Plan Approval: Crystal Oaks Estates - Article II Multiple Building Site Plan review to construct one principal dwelling and a mother-in-law quarters on one lot, 1418 Blacksnake Road.
· Lot Split: Crystal Oaks Estates, 1418 Blacksnake Road.
· Appeal Administrative Decision: Sign Code Variance - Request for shared signage and freestanding sign separation distance reduction, 2360 Malvern Avenue.
· Preliminary Subdivision: Thornton Ferry Townhomes - By the Lake Villas for 18 Lake Villas or Condominiums, 179 Thornton Ferry Road.
· Miscellaneous: Off-street Parking revisions - Off-street parking requirement ordinance revision.
· Conditional Use: National Park Pharmacy - Pharmacy located on Lot 19 of Oak Tree Park Commercial Subdivision in the Malvern Overlay, Oak Tree Park Subdivision.
· Conditional Use: Lawn Doctor Lawn Care Service - Malvern Overlay Conditional Use Request, 2207 Malvern Ave.
