The City of Hot Springs will receive bids until 3 p.m. on Monday, November 12 for the rehabilitation of a single-family residential property located at 504 Bower Street. The property is located within the Park Avenue Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area. Specifications of work are available in the Community Development Office in the Transportation Depot, 100 Broadway Terrace, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A bid meeting will be held at the subject property at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 5.
