The inside lanes of Central Avenue, from the 100 block to the 300 block, will be temporarily closed between 3 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Monday, October 29 while the flowering hanging baskets in the downtown area are removed for the season. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution around the project area.
