City offices, except public safety and the airport, will be closed on Monday, November 12 in observance of Veterans Day. Sanitation residential collection and Earth Angel residential recycling collection will take place one day later than usual (Tuesday collection on Wednesday, etc.) and commercial, downtown and rolloff services will occur as scheduled. All other sanitation services will be closed. Hot Springs Intracity Transit buses and ADA paratransit vans will operate on their normal schedules Monday, but the offices will be closed. Paratransit reservations can still be made by voicemail at 321-6625. The city’s compost facility will be closed.
