The City of Hot Springs will receive bids for rehabilitation of the following single family residential properties located within the Pleasant Street and Park Avenue CDBG Target Areas until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27. These bids are for lead paint abatement, and only certified lead paint abatement contractors need apply.

A bid meeting will be held at the advertised addresses at 9 a.m. on November 20.
