The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 26 in the Board Chambers, 133 Convention Blvd. to consider the following variance requests:
335 Sunset Bay - Front yard variance from 35 feet to 20 feet and side yard from 12 feet to 8 feet.
1636 Higdon Ferry Parking - Request to reduce commercial parking aisle width from 27 feet to 24 feet, reduce medical
office parking requirement from 1:150 to 1:250.
