The Hot Springs Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Policy Board will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 15 at the Transportation Depot, 100 Broadway Terrace, to discuss the Transportation Master Plan, a review of ITS and other public business.
