The first meeting of the newly-created City Facilities Study Committee will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 29 in the Board Chambers at the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard. The committee includes members of the Hot Springs Board of Directors, city staff members and private citizens.
