The City of Hot Springs will receive bids for the rehabilitation of single-family residential properties located at 102 Sulphur Street and 115 Harrell Street in the Park Avenue Community Development Block Grant Target Area. Specifications of work are available in the Community Development Office, 100 Broadway Terrace, Suite #4, weekdays (except holidays) from 8 to 5 p.m.
Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5 from contractors who meet City of Hot Springs and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and who have completed acceptable “Lead Safe Work Practices” instruction.
