The City of Hot Springs will accept bids until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18 for the rehabilitation of a single-family residential property located at 211 Mountain Valley, within the Park Avenue Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Target Area.
Specifications of work are available in the Community Development Block Grant office at 100 Broadway Terrace, Suite 4, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
