The Historic District Commission will hold a special public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 6 in the Board Chambers at the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following Certificate of Appropriateness requests:
216 B Central Avenue-Snazzies- The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness to install new business signs on the front door and windows of this storefront;
626 Central Avenue - Picasso's Cupboard - The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness to install new wall and hanging business name signs on this storefront.
