The Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. on Monday, December 17 in the Board Chambers in the Hot Springs Municipal Building, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following variance requests, along with the BZA 2008 meeting schedule:
732 Albert Pike - Request to reduce parking requirement from 42 spaces to 24 spaces.
500 Shady Grove – Variance request to reduce right of way from 40 ft.to 30 ft.and reduce the road width by 2 ft.in each of 4 cul-de-sacs.
