The 2008 Pet Calendar is now available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis at the John Seales Animal Services Center, 219 Davidson Drive.
The calendar was produced through a partnership between Hot Springs Animal Services and The Sentinel-Record hometown newspaper. City funds were not used in the project, which was funded by entry fees from the Sentinel-Record’s Newspapers in Education Pet Contest. Contest proceeds will also support more than half a year’s supply of newspapers into local classrooms for educational purposes.
The full-color calendar, which features photos of many local animals, is also available in offices of City Manager and Public Information in the Municipal Building. 133 Convention Boulevard; and at the Hot Springs Financial Services Building, 349 Malvern Avenue.
