The City of Hot Springs will accept bids until 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 27 for the rehabilitation of a single-family residential property located at 159 Chestnut Street, within the Pleasant Street Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) target area.
Specifications of work are available in the Community Development office at the Transportation Depot, 100 Broadway Terrace, Suite #4, weekdays (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
