The Hot Springs Board of Directors will consider the following appeal of a December 13, 2007 Planning Commission decision at their regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday January 7, 2008 in the Board Chambers of the City Municipal Building, located at 133 Convention Boulevard.
· Serenity Place Subdivision - Preliminary Plat Review for re-plat of lot 6 of Serenity Place.
