The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Hot Springs Municipal Building Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2008 to consider the following land use requests:
· Shawnee Road Zone Change - 3 lot Zone Change Request on Malvern Avenue and Shawnee to C-3.
· Fleetwood Estates MHP - Article II Site Plan Review for Mobile Home Park in the County. - 335 Fleetwood, Off of Thornton Ferry Road.
· Country Club Gardens - Malvern Avenue Overlay District review of 84 bed long term nursing facility.
· Glisson Auto Zone Change - Rezone request for property on Rector, Hobson and Summer Streets.
· Westwynne Subdivision - 4 lot subdivision on Marion Anderson between Bledsoe and Colt.
· Taylor Estates - 5 lot subdivision in the county, off of Red Oak Drive.
· Settlers Crossing - 40 Lot subdivision, Shady Heights Road.
· Mirabella - Aricle II review for multiple building project, 188 Lake Hamilton Drive.
· Diamond Center Variance request - Reduction in separation requirements, 2360 Malvern Avenue.
