The City of Hot Springs is offering a large amount of firewood free of charge to those who cut it at their own risk, located on two city-owned lots on Leawood Street, one block north of Hollywood Avenue. The firewood is a side benefit stemming from the Street Division’s tree removal efforts after this week’s stormy weather. The wood will be made available tomorrow, Saturday, September 6, through Sunday, September 14.
