CITY BOIL ORDER LIFTED

As of 1 p.m. Saturday, September 6, the City of Hot Springs lifted the boil order placed for certain customers of the Hot Springs Municipal Utilities Water System. Test results indicate that the water is safe for use. There are no boil orders currently in effect for customers of the city’s water system. A precautionary boil order notice was issued by the city and the Arkansas Division of Health, following electrical malfunction at the Music Mountain Pump Station and a loss of system pressure. The system has been restored to full operational capacity. Customers with questions can call 321-6861.
