The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24 in the Board Chambers of City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following variance requests:
- 210 Davidson Street – Curb, gutter and sidewalk requirement. Application by Jason Taylor, District 6.
- 197 Scott Street - Front yard setback to build flush with existing non-conforming setback for a single-family residence. Application by Teodor Oprean, District 6.
