The Hot Springs Parks and Recreation Department will host Stories at the Market at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 18 at the Historic Downtown Farmers’ Market in the Transportation Plaza near Broadway and Orange Street. Activities include interactive stories, songs and snacks. Primarily for children ages 5 through 12 and their parents/guardians, all ages are still welcome. Participants are invited to come early and shop the market, which opens at 6 a.m. The event is held in cooperation with the Garland County Library. For information, call 321-6871.
