Whittington Avenue, from Central to Woodfin will be closed in sections beginning Tuesday, September 23 through Thursday, September 25 in order to mill the streets in preparation for paving. Signs will be posted and motorists are asked to use caution when traveling in this area. Neighborhood residents are asked to use off street parking during this time. Also, flaggers will be present and a notice will be issued before paving begins.
