The Mayor's Youth Council membership business meeting and introduction to the Hot Springs Board of Directors will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7 at the Parks and Recreation office, 111 Opera Street.
The MYC offers area youth the opportunity to become involved in city government activities, leadership, social interaction and community service. Students, grades 9 through 12 may still join the council by accessing an application at www.cityhs.net, or visiting the Hot Springs Parks and Recreation Department at 111 Opera Street.
