The City of Hot Springs does not collect any personally identifiable information about or from visitors to this website, other than information that a visitor affirmatively chooses to submit. The City does automatically collect aggregate information about the use of this site, including which pages are most frequently visited, how many visitors are received and how long visitors stay on each page. This information is used solely for the purposes of improving the quality of this site and the presentation of information on the site. Should a visitor visit the City's map server from the link on this website, you will pass through a firewall that conducts typical logging of source and destination IP addresses as well as source destination ports. This data is logged for troubleshooting and security purposes only.

The City does not collect any information that is shared with other entities except as noted in Section V hereof.
