Hot Springs’ vibrant Sister City relationship with Hanamaki, Japan is conducted in partnership with a private, non-profit foundation to foster mutual tolerance, understanding and respect. Cultural, educational and artistic exchanges and group travels to both countries fill the calendar year-round with exciting and rewarding activities. There’s a place for everyone in the Sister City Program.
