  1. Promote Hot Springs as a full-service, freestanding community by expanding the visibility and connectivity of Hot Springs within the region. [Related Actions ED 10, ED 18, IN 3]
  2. Promote ongoing efforts related to the arts through education, media, and events, especially within in-town neighborhoods. [Related Actions NR 3, ED 1-6, ED 12-14]
  3. Expand comprehensive workforce development, training, and apprenticeship programs. [Related Actions ED 9]
  4. Include ultra-high speed internet in the city's infrastructure to provide access for residents, industries, and telecommuters. [Related Actions NR 13, CSFI 10-11]EconDev2
