Deputy City Manager

The office of the deputy city manager provides administrative oversight and support to the Utility Billing Services, Utilities, Public Works (including the Property Maintenance, Street, Traffic and Stormwater divisions), Sport Recreation, Parks & Trails and Engineering departments. In addition to these duties, the deputy city manager acts as city manager during times when the city manager is out of the office. 

The deputy city manager also provides assistance to the city manager in various city matters including budget development, policy decisions and personnel issues. The deputy city manager serves on several city committees as designated in city ordinance and/or assigned by the city manager. The office of the deputy city manager is located in City Hall.
