On July 7, 2017- All active construction sites must begin using the revised City of Hot Springs Inspection Form.  All sites that are actively permitted will be provided with these new forms.  Any new construction projects should include this inspection form with submittals, and also begin utilizing the updated July 2017 SWPPP template.

The City of Hot Springs is recognized as the first and only Qualifying Local Program in the state by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). Hot Springs’ stormwater program exceeds the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Phase II Clean Water Act guidelines. For more information, call the Stormwater Division at 501-321-6773
