The City of Hot Springs has launched a municipal utility bill format along with easy online payment options. Customers enrolled in the existing City of Hot Springs online payment system will need to register for our new system in order to continue paying and receiving bills online.
Our easy-to-use online system offers secure, convenient ways to pay when and how you want. It will also provide a way for the city to communicate proactively with you, the customer.

You will see the familiar little girl with the water hose along with exciting options, including paperless billing and automated payment. Our redesigned options include a new bill format, automated pay-by-phone number, and an enhanced online paying and bill delivery experience.
