Hot Springs -- City offices, except public safety and the airport, will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Residential sanitation routes and Earth Angel recycling collection will take place one day later than usual, beginning Tuesday, January 21 (Monday’s collection on Tuesday, etc.). Commercial, downtown and rolloff services will occur as scheduled. All other sanitation services and the main office will be closed. The Hot Springs Intracity Transit buses and ADA paratransit vans will run their regular routes, but the office will be closed. Paratransit cancellations can still be made by voicemail at 321-6625. The city’s compost facility will be closed.
