All city offices, except public safety and the airport, will be closed Monday, January 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Residential sanitation and Earth Angel recycling routes will run one day behind schedule (Monday on Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, etc.) for the remainder of the week. Commercial collection, roll off and downtown routes will take place as scheduled on Monday. The Sanitation main office and Regional Recycling Center will be closed, and no CAPS service will occur.
The Hot Springs Intracity Transit buses and ADA paratransit vans will run regular routes, the Intracity Transit office will be closed. Paratransit cancellations may be left by voicemail at 321-6625. The city compost facility will also be closed.
