The City of Hot Springs will hold a meet-and-greet reception for the four city manager finalists from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20 in the Grand Lobby of the Hot Springs Convention Center, 134 Convention Boulevard. The public is welcome to attend and visit with the candidates, which include Anthony O’Rourke of Washington; David Frasher of Oregon; Joseph Fivas of North Carolina; and Interim City Manager Bill Burrough.
