Leonard Street, from just west of Michael Street to west of Richard Street, will be reduced to one lane from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. weather permitting, from Wednesday, January 27 through Friday, January 29 for sewer line construction. Signs will be posted, and flagmen will be present to direct traffic.
Richard Street, at the intersection with Leonard Street, will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 27 through Friday, January 29, weather permitting, for gravity sewer pipe installation. Richard Street, north of the closure, as well as Stokes Street can be accessed off of Woodlawn Avenue or McKay Street. Signs will be posted, and motorist should seek alternate routes.
