A free homebuyer class will be offered on Monday, February 22 from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Classroom 106 at the Fred Dierks Center at National Park College, 101 College Drive. The class, sponsored by the Hot Springs Community Development Block Grant program, offers up to $10,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance for qualifying graduates.
Attendees will learn about loan programs, available financial assistance, improving credit, budgeting, real estate contracts, home inspections, and more.
