The Hot Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 10 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
Car Wash USA Express – 4121 Central Avenue – Condition use permit request to construct and operate a full service car wash from C-2 zone property
West Parking Lot Addition – Corner of Alpine and Bell streets – Conditional use permit request to improve multiple lots in Block G of O’Bryans subdivision to be used for commercial parking
Catherine’s Landing Phase II – 1700 Shady Grove Road – Multiple building site plan review for construction of Phase II of Catherine’s Landing to consist of additional camp sites, cabins and yurts
110 and 114 Mountain View Street – Zoning change request from R-2 to C-2
351 Woodfin Street – Zoning change request from R-3 to R-4 for multi-family use
120 Kent Street – Zoning change request from R-4 to C-4 for previous Moose Lodge property
2605 Malvern Avenue – Zoning change request from R-2 to C-3
