The Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, March 17 in the Board Chambers of City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
626 Central Avenue – Fine Arts Center of Hot Springs – request to temporarily mount and display three metal sculptures on the side wall of this structure.
220 Central Avenue – request to install new business identification sign on storefront.
610B Central Avenue – Tosha Kitchen – request to install 8 foot dark green awning and to install new business identification signs on the building.
