The Hot Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 14 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
2605 Malvern Avenue – Zoning change request from R-2 Suburban Residential to C-TR Commercial Transitional District
120 Kent Street – Zoning change request from R-4 Medium/High Density Residential District to C-4 Regional Commercial/Open Display District for previous Moose Lodge property
