[ARCHIVED] Spring Street closure

Weather permitting, Spring Street, between Illinois and Kansas streets, will be closed to through traffic Wednesday, March 30 for water line construction. If prevented by inclement weather, construction will be delayed until Thursday, March 31. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
